Rule 4501-45-09 | Warning labels for certified immobilizing or disabling devices.

 

(A) A warning label shall be affixed to each certified immobilizing or disabling device, including an ignition interlock device, upon installation in a motor vehicle in accordance with section 4510.43 of the Revised Code.

(B) The warning label shall be conspicuously affixed to each certified immobilizing or disabling device, including an ignition interlock device.
