Rule 4701-1-03 | Board officers.

 

(A) For administrative purposes, the president of the board shall be known as the "chair" and shall preside over all board meetings.

(B) The treasurer of the board shall be known as the "vice chair."

(C) Unless the chair designates a different board member to be acting chair, the vice chair shall preside over a board meeting in the absence of the chair, and the secretary of the board shall preside over a board meeting in the absence of both the chair and vice chair. In the absence of the chair, vice chair, and secretary, the chair may designate a board member to serve as the acting chair for that meeting.
