Rule 4713-7-01 | Processing of applications for licensing and examination.

 

All applications for licensing and examination shall be made electronically. For the purposes of filing an electronic application with the Ohio elicensing system, the applicant shall create and maintain a registered "User ID" and password for the system. The use of the "User ID" password created by the applicant is the sole responsibility of the applicant or licensee to secure and maintain, and use shall be limited to filing an electronic application for initial licensure and examination and subsequent renewals of such licenses. The "User ID" and password shall constitute the legally recognized signature of applicant or licensee for the purpose of this rule and may not be transferred, distributed, or shared with any other person. All application fees are non-refundable.
