Rule 4729:2-3-02 | Therapeutic diabetic shoes.

 

(A) Pursuant to section 4779.02 of the Revised Code, a pharmacy intern, acting under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, may fit and measure individuals for therapeutic diabetic shoes and shoe inserts and may dispense those shoes and shoe inserts.

(B) A pharmacy intern, acting under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, shall not provide any other services that are authorized under Chapter 4779. of the Revised Code.
