Rule 4751-1-16 | Fees.

 

Fees provided for throughout Chapter 4751. of the Revised Code and Chapter 4751-1 of the Administrative Code shall be published by the board on this rule's fee schedule in the amounts allowed under Chapter 4751. of the Revised Code. Said fees are to be paid electronically (electronic checks and credit cards are accepted). All fees are non-refundable. All penalty fees are in addition to the required renewal fees.
