Rule 4901:1-15-22 | Liability - customer to company and/or company to customer or others.
No tariffs of a waterworks company and/or sewage disposal system company shall incorporate exculpatory clauses, which purport to limit or eliminate liability on the part of the company to its customers or others as a result of willful misconduct. No waterworks company and/or sewage disposal system company tariffs shall incorporate provisions which purport to establish liability on the part of the company's customers for acts or failures to act involving a company's facilities, which are beyond the control of the customer.
