Rule 5120:1-5-08 | Standards for general program operations.
(A) The Ohio department of rehabilitation and correction (ODRC) establishes performance-based general operating standards and minimum operating expectations for subsidized community correction act programs funded by ODRC through the bureau of community sanctions (BCS). In accordance with applicable ODRC policy, compliance shall be determined by BCS through site visits or program reviews. Unannounced site visits may be conducted.
