Rule 5507-1-14 | Call processing software.
The PSAP will provide telecommunicators with the following:
(A) Fully functional, i3-compliant call handling equipment (CHE) to enable seamless call processing and efficient interaction with service requests.
(B) Software, including mapping, to assist in initiating calls for service, dispatching, and maintaining the status of responding resources in the field and the archiving of incident information.
