Scope of Chapter 1301. [UCC 1-102]

Sections 1301.101 to 1301.310 of the Revised Code apply to a transaction to the extent that it is governed by Chapter 1302., 1303., 1304., 1305., 1307., 1308., 1309., or 1310. of the Revised Code.
