Except as provided in sections 1316.301 to 1316.306 of the Revised Code, a transaction validly entered into before the effective date of this section and the rights, duties, and interests following from the transaction remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or permitted by law other than the Uniform Commercial Code or, if applicable, the Uniform Commercial Code as it existed before the effective date of this section.
