Section 135.02 | State board of deposit.

There shall be a state board of deposit consisting of the treasurer of state or an employee of his department designated by him, the auditor of state or an employee of his department designated by him, and the attorney general or an employee of his department designated by him. Said board shall meet once each month on the call of the chairman to perform the duties prescribed in sections 135.01 to 135.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code. The treasurer of state or his designated representative shall be chairman of such board. The cashier of the state treasury shall be the secretary of the board and shall keep its records. A certified copy of such records shall be prima-facie evidence of the matter appearing therein in any court of record.

The necessary expenses of the board shall be paid from the state treasury from appropriations for that purpose upon the order of the board certified by the chairman and the secretary.
