House Bill 455 - 136th General Assembly
Each local, city, exempted village, joint vocational school district, community school established under Chapter 3314., and STEM school established under Chapter 3326. of the Revised Code may designate a student-led violence prevention club for each school building in the district or school serving grades six through twelve. If created, each club shall do the following:
(A) Be open to all members of the student body;
(B) Have at least one identified adult advisor;
(C) Implement and sustain suicide and violence prevention and social inclusion training and awareness activities in a manner consistent with section 3301.221 of the Revised Code;
(D) Foster opportunities for student leadership development.
