Section 3313.664 | Policy prohibiting student from participating in extracurricular activities.
The board of education of a city, exempted village, local, joint vocational, or cooperative education school district may adopt a policy authorizing the district superintendent, other district administrative personnel, or personnel employed by the district to direct, supervise, or coach a pupil activity program as provided in the policy to prohibit a student from participating in any particular or all extracurricular activities of the district or a school of the district for a period of time as provided in the policy. If a board of education adopts a policy under this section, the board shall post the policy in a central location in each school building of the district or on the district's web site and make it available to students upon request.
