Section 3333.90 | Course and program sharing network.

(A) The chancellor of the Ohio board of regents shall establish a course and program sharing network that enables members of the university system of Ohio and adult career centers to share curricula for existing courses and academic programs with one another. The purpose of the network shall be to increase course availability across the state and to avoid unnecessary course duplication through the sharing of existing curricula.

(B) The chancellor shall adopt rules to administer the course and program sharing network established under this section.

(C) As used in this section, "member of the university system of Ohio" has the same meaning as in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code.
