Each state institution of higher education, as defined in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code, shall submit to the chancellor of higher education and the department of administrative services each report the state institution receives from an Ohio building or fire code inspection of an existing building or structure under the control of the state institution or a private entity on behalf of the state institution. The department of administrative services shall post a copy of each submitted report in a prominent location on its publicly accessible web site. If an inspection report identifies any issues in a building or structure requiring remediation, the department shall prepare and post to its web site, alongside the report, an estimate of the cost to conduct the remediation.
