House Bill 442 - 133rd General Assembly
Except as provided pursuant to section 4104.37 of the Revised Code, no person shall operate a historical boiler in this state in a place that is open to the public unless the owner of the boiler holds a current valid certificate of operation for the historical boiler pursuant to section 4104.36 of the Revised Code.
