Section 4713.61 | License classified inactive.

(A) If the state cosmetology and barber board adopts a continuing education requirement under section 4713.09 of the Revised Code, it may develop a procedure by which an individual who holds a license to practice a branch of cosmetology, advanced license, or instructor license and who is not currently engaged in the practice of the branch of cosmetology or teaching the theory and practice of the branch of cosmetology, but who desires to be so engaged in the future, may apply to the board to have the individual's license classified inactive.
