Section 4730.99 | Penalty.
(A) Whoever violates section 4730.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree.
(B)(1) Whoever violates division (B)(1), (C)(1), (C)(2), (D), or (E) of section 4730.32 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, except that an individual guilty of a subsequent offense shall not be subject to imprisonment, but to a fine alone of up to one thousand dollars for each offense.
(2) Whoever violates division (B)(2) or (C)(3) of section 4730.32 of the Revised Code is guilty of failure to report criminal conduct or sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If the offender has previously been convicted of a violation of this division, the failure to report is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C) Whoever violates division (F) of section 4730.26 of the Revised Code is guilty of disclosing confidential investigatory information, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
