Senate Bill 109 - 135th General Assembly
Whoever violates section 4778.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense and felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense.
Whoever violates division (B)(1) or (2) of section 4778.171 of the Revised Code is guilty of failure to report criminal conduct or sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If the offender has previously been convicted of a violation of this division, the failure to report is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Whoever violates division (E) of section 4778.18 of the Revised Code is guilty of disclosing confidential investigatory information, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
