An electric light, natural gas, water-works, or sewage disposal system company proposing a forecasted test period under division (C)(1)(a) of section 4909.15 of the Revised Code shall provide any financial information required by that section from the company's full books. The public utilities commission shall ensure appropriate protections against the disclosure of the company's trade secrets or proprietary information.
