That portion of the road known as interstate route seventy-six, commencing at the intersection of that road and interstate route eighty and proceeding in a southeasterly direction to the intersection of that road and state route eleven in Mahoning county, shall be known as the "Marine Sergeant James Prommersberger and Army Second Lieutenant Charles W. Brown Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
