The Legislative Service Commission staff updates the Revised Code on an ongoing basis, as it completes its act review of enacted legislation. Updates may be slower during some times of the year, depending on the volume of enacted legislation.

Section 5534.91 | James H. Hough Memorial Highway.

 

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the southbound lane of interstate route number seventy-one commencing at mile marker one hundred two and continuing to mile marker one hundred, in Franklin county, shall be known as the "James H. Hough Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
