Rule 122:5-4-01 | Application.
(A) An eligible applicant will submit an application within the prescribed submission timeline provided by the department of development. Annually, the department will accept applications for a period of thirty days. Those received will be scored based on the information provided and will be screened for completeness and eligibility.
