Rule 122:5-4-03 | Scoring Metrics.
(A) Points will be awarded for projects that meet the requirements as set forth in Ohio Revised Code Section 122.636(C)(2). Applications which fail to demonstrate that each requirement has been met will be denied.
(B) For development projects, additional points will be awarded for confirmed standards in excess of what is set forth in Ohio Revised Code 122.636(C)(2).
(C) Additional points may be awarded for projects that include one more pro-housing development policy and can demonstrate the approval of a major workforce housing project.
