Rule 122:5-4-03 | Scoring metrics.
(A) Points will be awarded for projects that meet the requirements as set forth in division (C)(2) of section 122.636 of the Revised Code. Applications which fail to demonstrate that each requirement has been met will be denied.
(B) For development projects, additional points will be awarded for confirmed standards in excess of what is set forth in division (C)(2) of section 122.636 of the Revised Code.
(C) Additional points may be awarded for projects that include one more pro-housing development policy and can demonstrate the approval of a major workforce housing project.
