Rule 128-1-01 | Internal management rules of capitol square review and advisory board.
Purpose - The capitol square review and advisory board shall coordinate and approve any improvements, additions, deletions and renovations that are made to capitol square, including, but not limited to, the placement of monuments and sculptures on the capitol grounds.
Further, the board shall regulate various uses of capitol square. The uses shall include, but not be limited to, the casual and recreational use of the capitol grounds.
Further, the board shall manage and maintain capitol square, keeping the facilities in first-class condition and preserving the historical significance they represent.
