Rule 3745-104-08 | Hazard assessment: applicability.
The owner or operator of a stationary source subject to this chapter shall do the following:
(A) Prepare a worst-case scenario as provided in rule 3745-104-10 of the Administrative Code.
(B) Complete the five-year accident history as proviced in rule 3745-104-16 of the Administrative Code.
(C) For an owner or operator of a program two and three process, comply with all requirements of this chapter that are applicable to the process program level.
