Rule 3745-104-51 | Availability of information to the public.
(A) The RMP required in rules 3745-104-38 to 3745-104-49 of the Administrative Code shall be available to the public under section 149.43 of the Revised Code.
(B) No later than ninety days after any RMP reportable accident at the stationary source with any known offsite impact specified in paragraph (A) of rule 3745-104-17 of the Administrative Code, the owner or operator of a stationary source shall hold a public meeting to provide information required in paragraph (B) of rule 3745-104-16 of the Administrative Code.
(C) Classified and restricted information. The disclosure of information classifed or restricted by the department of defense or other federal agencies or contractors of such agencies shall be controlled by applicable laws, regulations, or executive orders concerning the release of that classified or restricted information.
