Any reference to this rule in rule 3745-27-99 of the Administrative Code shall be construed as follows:

(A) The reference in paragraph (B)(1)(a)(i) of rule 3745-27-99 of the Administrative Code as a reference to paragraphs (C)(3) to (C)(5) of rule 3745-570-220 of the Administrative Code.

(B) The reference in paragraph (B)(2)(a)(i) of rule 3745-27-99 of the Administrative Code as a reference to paragraph (D) of rule 3745-570-220 of the Administrative Code.
