Rule 4713-7-10 | Testing fraud.

 

(A) Any individual who presents false identification or is caught attempting to test for another individual shall be barred from entering the examination, and the applicant shall receive a failing grade on any part of the examination scheduled for that day.

(B) Any individual who is caught cheating on an examination shall be immediately removed from the examination and shall receive a failing grade on any part of the examination scheduled for that day.

(C) Any individual who violates paragraph (A) or (B) of this rule shall be prohibited from reapplying for examination for a period of thirty days.

(D) Any individual who violates paragraph (A) or (B) of this rule shall be subject to additional disciplinary action from the board.
