Rule 4723-14-13 | Reports to the board by an OBN approver.
(A) An OBN approver must give written notice to the board within thirty days of any significant change in the:
(1) Approval system;
(2) Key personnel directly responsible for the approval system including peer reviewers and the primary contact for the OBN approver;
(3) Structure of the administration that influences the functioning of the approver;
(4) Ownership of the OBN approver; or
(5) The OBN approver's activities.
(B) An OBN approver must provide the board all data about its approval activities as requested by the board within the time frame established by the board.
