There is hereby created in the state treasury the business assistance fund. The fund shall consist of any amounts appropriated to it and money credited to the fund pursuant to division (I) of section 121.17, division (K) of section 122.171, division (K) of section 122.175, division (C) of section 3735.672, and division (C) of section 5709.68 of the Revised Code. The director of development services shall use money in the fund to pay expenses related to the administration of the business services division of the development services agency.
