House Bill 158 - 131st General Assembly
The fees enumerated in this section shall be paid to the probate court from the county treasury upon the warrant of the county auditor which shall issue upon the certificate of the probate judge and shall be in full for all services rendered in the respective proceedings as follows:
(A) | For each hearing to determine if a person is a mentally ill individual subject to hospitalization when the person is committed to a state hospital or to relatives | |

(C) | For order of return of a mentally ill person to a state hospital or removal therefrom | |

(D) | For proceedings for committing a person to an institution for persons with intellectual disabilities | |

(E) | For habeas corpus proceedings when a person is confined under color of proceedings in a criminal case and is discharged | |

(F) | When acting as a juvenile judge, for each case filed against a delinquent, dependent, unruly, or neglected child, or a juvenile traffic offender | |
