The chancellor of the Ohio board of regents may determine the manner in which a course included in the clearinghouse may be offered as an advanced standing program as defined in section 3313.6013 of the Revised Code, may be offered to students who are enrolled in nonpublic schools or are instructed at home pursuant to section 3321.04 of the Revised Code, or may be offered at times outside the normal school day or school week, including any necessary additional fees and methods of payment for a course so offered.
