The division of marijuana control shall establish a toll-free telephone line to respond to inquiries from patients, caregivers, and health professionals regarding adverse reactions to medical marijuana and to provide information about available services and assistance. The division may contract with a separate entity to establish and maintain the telephone line on behalf of the division.
