Section 4508.05 | License fees.
All licenses shall expire on the last day of the calendar year and may be renewed upon application to the director of public safety as prescribed in rules adopted by the director. Each application for an original school license shall be accompanied by a fee of two hundred fifty dollars, and each application for a renewal school license shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars. Each application for an original instructor's license shall be accompanied by a fee of twenty-five dollars, and each application for a renewal instructor's license shall be accompanied by a fee of ten dollars. Such fees shall be payable to the treasurer of state and credited to the state highway safety fund established in section 4501.06 of the Revised Code. No license fees shall be refunded in the event any license is rejected, suspended, or revoked.
