House Bill 415 - 124th General Assembly
An inspector employed by the state board of cosmetology may take a sample of a product used or sold in a salon or school of cosmetology for the purpose of examining the sample, or causing an examination of the sample to be made, to determine whether division (N) of section 4713.14 of the Revised Code has been violated.
