Section 4761.99 | Penalty.
Whoever violates division (A) of section 4761.10 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. On a second offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. On each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Whoever violates division (B)(2) or (C) of section 4761.14 of the Revised Code is guilty of failure to report criminal conduct or sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If the offender has previously been convicted of a violation of this division, the failure to report is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Whoever violates division (E)(5) of section 4761.03 of the Revised Code is guilty of disclosing confidential investigatory information, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
